DISPENSERS, SOAP
The General Services Administration has authorized the use of this commercial item description.
1. SCOPE AND CLASSIFICATION
1.1 Scope. This commercial item description covers rigid dispensers suitable for dispensing waterless paste, liquid, and powdered soap.
1.2 Classification. The soap dispensers shall be of the following types.
Type I - Waterless paste dispenser for use with a one-gallon disposable container.
Type II - Waterless paste dispenser with integral refillable container.
Type III - Liquid soap dispenser.
Type IV - Powdered soap dispenser.
2. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS
2.1 The documents referenced in this commercial item description shall be the issue in effect on the date of the invitation for bids or request for proposal unless otherwise specified. These documents form a part of this commercial item description to the extent specified. In the event of a conflict between this commercial item description and a document referenced herein, this referenced herein, this commercial item description shall take precedence.
